The PS, State Department for the ASALs and Regional Development, Idris Dokota launched the Malindi Integrated Social and Health Programme (MISHDP) Phase II funded by the Italian government. The programme is in form of a loan to be implemented by Coast Development Authority (CDA). It will focus on education, health, and infrastructure in Magarini and Malindi sub-counties, Kilifi county.
